What counts as a role?

A single hire for a specific job at your company (e.g., "Sales Manager, Berlin"). It covers one seat. If you plan to hire 3 people for the same title, that's 3 roles.

How long does a role run?

Up to 8 weeks from activation. The idea is: invite as many candidates as you need without watching the clock. To keep pricing fair for everyone, we cap a role at 8 weeks. If you haven't filled the seat by then, just message us and we'll help (extensions are possible). Pricing remains per individual hire.

Can we re-open a role?

Yes. Re-opening starts a new 8-week hiring cycle and is billed as a new role. If your needs change (e.g., ongoing hiring), we can also switch you to Per Candidate or discuss volume options.
