Where are the data stored?
All Traitwise data is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) within the European Union. AWS provides state-of-the-art infrastructure security with multiple Availability Zones and disaster recovery capabilities.
Are the data encrypted?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2/1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
How are passwords protected?
Passwords are stored using modern hashing and salting algorithms (e.g. bcrypt).
Is Traitwise GDPR compliant?
Yes. Traitwise complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and provides a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) upon request.
Who owns the data?
