What is usually asked before signing up.
Do I need the Masterclass to use Traitwise?
No. Traitwise works without specialist knowledge of psychometrics: the report places every score, the AI Psychologist answers follow-up questions. The Masterclass is a voluntary deepening for teams that want to master the assessment behind the results themselves.
Who is the Masterclass for?
For HR professionals, recruiters and recruitment consultants who regularly work with psychometric results and have to derive or defend decisions from them. The Masterclass starts with the foundations; psychological training is not required.
How many people can take part?
The base price includes two participants. Each further participant costs €750 excl. VAT, maximum six people per cohort. That keeps Q&A and case work personal.
What is included in the five sessions?
Five interactive live sessions of 90 minutes, work with your own roles, profiles and cases, extensive written materials as a reference, personal Q&A with Traitwise, the closing task with a short knowledge check, and the certificate, digital and printed.
Is the certificate a DIN 33430 / ISO 10667 person licence?
No. It is the Traitwise certificate “Interpreting and applying psychometric assessment results”. It documents the models covered, the content, the time involved and the exam passed. The content is aligned with ISO 10667 and internationally established occupational assessment standards; the certificate does not replace person licensing under those norms.
How does the closing exam work?
At the end of the fifth session there is a practical closing task on a concrete case and a short knowledge check on the models and statistics covered. After a successful close, the certificate is issued.
Is this knowledge useful only for Traitwise?
No. HEXACO, RIASEC, the CHC model and the psychometric foundations are internationally established models. What you learn also applies to results from other methods and to evaluating assessment offers in general.
